Color blocked in all-American colors of red, white and blue, this waterproof raincoat is fully lined with light blue cotton oxford cloth. Swivel “Dee” ring is new and improved with a swivel joint, so it won’t shift. White topstitching looks crisp and nautical and the bottom hem can be cinched tight thanks to the cord locks and drawstring. This striking raincoat is secured at the neck and belly with super strong Velcro tapes, and allows for 3 inches of adjustment.
