Cut from a brightly colored, seer-sucker floral, this 100% cotton harness is trimmed with a seer-sucker pink polka dot and peeks out as a second ruffle to the skirt. The triple reinforced D-Ring placket is layered with two grosgrain ribbons and then fashioned into a double loop bow. The neck and belly straps are secured by extra wide Velcro, and allow for 2-3 inches of adjustment. Limited quantities available.
