The inside lining, binding trim and waist bow is a coordinating mini floral. 2 layer tutu skirt in pale pink organza ribbon and bridal tulle. The D-ring placket is triple reinforced for strength and durability and the wide Velcro straps at the neck and belly allow for 2-3 inches of adjustment. Not recommended for super strong leash pullers.
