This brightly colored Cotton harness vest coordinates with the Provence Tote, both made from a double sided quilt fabric, using paisley and floral stripe patterns that come from a region of France known as Provence. The Harness D-ring, is triple stitched and secured with one layer of twill tape, then another layer of the coordinating print fabric and decorated with the coordinating print bow. The same coordinating fabric is used to bind the edges of the vest. The neck and chest straps, secured with 2 or 3 inch Velcro, each have 3 or 4 inches of adjustment, to fit all shapes and sizes.
