Shipping: Many of our items are made to order, and may require 1- 2 weeks for delivery. We use UPS Ground, but if you require a rush delivery, please call to arrange.
Returns: We are unable to provide refunds for any order. We will gladly offer exchanges for sizes or styles. Please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery for an authorization number and return information. We will offer exchanges or a company credit for defective items only. We can only offer an exchange/company credit after your return has been received and inspected in our design room. If we feel a company credit is necessary, this credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Sorry, no exceptions. All exchanges will be accessed a $25.00 re-stocking fee. The shipper will incur all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
