Delivery and Charges
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, many orders are made to order by hand, and may require up to 14 days for delivery.
Many orders will ship within 2 days, and our average delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination for in-stock items.
For additional charge, in stock items may be shipped UPS overnight delivery. Please contact our customer service at :

for overnight shipping charges.
We use Priority Mail or UPS for all our shipping. Many of our items are hand made, and may require the full 14 days for delivery.
Our Shipping charges are as follows:
For orders up to $125.00, shipping is $8.95
For orders from $125.01 - $200.00, shipping is $12.95
For orders from $200.01 - $800.00, shipping is $15.95
For orders $800.01 and beyond, shipping is FREE!
Returns/Exchanges
If any Bella Lucca Collection website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise
to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or merchandise credit.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card
will be charged for that order and you will be issued a merchandise credit for your returned items.
Merchandise credits are valid for one year from the issue date, and can only be used for purchases found on our website.
You can not use a merchandise credit in a retail store which may carry our product.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Please follow the instructions that we provide on the site
as to how to correctly measure your pet. We will only allow one complimentary exchange per order. After one exchange,
each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping and handling fee of $12.00 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue
refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Although the Bella Lucca Collection walking harnesses are very secure as far as restraining your dog on a walk, they are Not recommended for strong pullers with a lot of body muscle. The straps at the neckline and under belly are secured with wide and strong Velcro, which locks tighter as resistance is applied. The Bella Lucca Harnesses should only be used for dogs up to 25 pounds.
*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.
For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, Fed Ex or US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please Note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days,
has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, custom fit, and perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $12.00.
International Shipping
At this time, Bella Lucca Collection is not able to ship anywhere outside of the United States. We hope to be able to ship throughout the world in the near future. Thank you for your understanding. If you live out of the USA, and must have some of our wonderful items, please e-mail us directly at:

and will work out the DHL shipping charges and get your address and credit card information in order to get your item delivered to you. Our site is not able to calculate shipping charges to each individual country at this time, but if you contact us directly, we can do the research, get back to you with the shipping charges, and then process your sale with the additional shipping charges. Thanks for your patience as we continue to grow our business!
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery.
Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country’s customs charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please make sure all
address information on your order is complete and correct.
Order Cancellations and Changes
The Bella Lucca Collection strives to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
If your order has not been entered into the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within
12 hours after your order has been placed. Please e-mail your cancellation request or order change to:

Prices and Tax
All prices are subject to change without notice. Rhode Island State residents are automatically charged applicable sales tax.
Product Descriptions and Images
We have gone to great lengths to ensure our accuracy in the descriptions and representation of our products.
However, slight variations may occur. While the images on our website have been color corrected to appear as accurate as possible,
their appearance will correspond to the settings on your moniter.
