The cotton denim outer fabric is adorned with gold star appliqués, a red print star ruffle “skirt” and contrast print star lining and bindings. The harness D-ring is securely attached, thanks to a striped grosgrain ribbon, and 2 extra layers of fabric and stitching. A layer of medium weight interfacing adds to the stability.
