Designed to function as a harness, the Sugarplum Tutu has a pale pink seersucker bodice with a yellow and pink tulle tutu skirt. The triple reinforced D-ring placket is layered with yellow and pink satin ribbons then the final layer is a organza ribbon with pink sequins down the center. The waistline is then adorned with 2 silk pink roses. The inside lining is a pale pink cotton broadcloth and the edges are bound with pink satin. The neck and belly straps are secured by extra wide Velcro, and allow for 2-3 inches of adjustment. Not recommended for super strong leash pullers.
