Lined and trimmed with a cotton periwinkle and white pindot, and adorned with matching ribbon flowers. The triple reinforced D-Ring placket is layered with grosgrain and satin ribbons. The neck and belly straps are secured by extra wide Velcro, and allow for 2-3 inches of adjustment. Limited quantities available.
