Returns + Exchanges
If any Bella Lucca Collection website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 10 days of receipt for an exchange. We cannot issue a full refund, as every item is made to order by hand.

We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Please follow the instructions that we provide on the site as to how to correctly measure your pet. Laurie will make your harness or coat according to the measurements provided by you. If the measurements provided are not accurate, we will make one exchange to correct the fit, but cannot issue a full refund. Return shipping costs must be handled by the customer, and we will cover the costs to send it back.

Please Note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 10 days, that has been worn repeatedly, or is not in its original new condition. All styles in the Bella Lucca Collection are made to order so we can only allow one complimentary exchange per item.
