The D-ring placket is triple reinforced for long wear and security, and is decorated with the same gold buttons. The neck and belly straps have super strong Velcro and allow for 2-3 inches of adjustment. Add the 5 ft. matching holiday plaid leash and “Clutch” to complete the look. The Clutch comes with 2 rolls of disposal bags.
